✅ EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery on the 
following conditions:

- Item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags must be intact
- Item must be returned in its original packaging
- Exchange request must be made within 7 days of 
  receiving your order

We exchange for:
- Different size (if available)
- Different color (if available)
- Store credit for future purchase

❌ RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We do not offer cash refunds except in the 
following cases:

- Wrong item delivered
- Severely damaged item received
- Item significantly different from product photos

If any of the above apply, please contact us within
48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item received
- Brief description of the issue

We will resolve your concern within 24-48 hours.

🚫 NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale / discounted items (unless defective)
- Items where color variation is due to screen 
  display differences (mentioned on all products)

📦 HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE

Step 1: WhatsApp us at +92 3086721103 within 
        7 days of delivery
Step 2: Share your order number + photos of item
Step 3: Our team will confirm exchange eligibility 
        within 24 hours
Step 4: Ship the item back to our Faisalabad 
        address (we will share it via WhatsApp)
Step 5: Once received & verified, your exchange 
        or store credit will be processed within 
        3-5 business days

🚚 RETURN SHIPPING COST

- If the error is ours (wrong/damaged item): 
  Elisa.pk covers return shipping cost
- If exchange is due to size/preference change: 
  Customer bears return shipping cost
